100% Satisfaction Return Policy
If you need to return or exchange any item, call us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
Items must be returned in resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit.
Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping,
so if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will
be deducted from your return refund.
110% Price Protection Policy
In the event
that you find a lower price within 30 days from another online store on a currently
in-stock product, we will refund 110% of the difference.
To be eligible for a price match, your request must meet the following conditions:
- The online store must have the identical product priced accurately online at the time you submit your request.
- Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply to out-of-stock, clearance, close-out or special order items.
- Price comparison includes shipping costs.
- Submitted within 30 days of purchase
Order Processing
Orders received before 3:00pm Eastern Time will be processed that same day and will ship via Freight Transport within 2 days.
All furniture ships via Freight Transport carriers. Small replacement parts will ship via UPS, Federal Express or US Mail.
Please note that the shipping charges on this site are estimates and
will need to be adjusted for some orders with heavier products. We will
obtain your authorization for the additional shipping
charges prior to shipping the order.
Shipment
Furniture is
too large to ship by UPS or FedEx. Instead, these items are generally
shipped via motor freight. Please note that you must be present to sign for and inspect your order. A
driver will call ahead to schedule a delivery time window.
Curbside Delivery
- Items will be delivered to your curbside or
driveway. Standard motor freight delivery service does NOT include
bringing the item into your home, removal of packaging material or
assembly. In many cases, a freight company will offer these services
for an additional charge. You may inquire with the freight company
available options when they call you to schedule the delivery of your
items. If such an arrangement is made, you will pay the freight
company directly for any additional services. If you are ordering a
very large item and you do not wish to hire the freight company to
bring your items inside, be sure to enlist the help of a friend or
two to help you unload and carry the pieces indoors.
Shipment Damage
If an item is received in damaged
condition DO NOT refuse the shipment with the carrier. Simply write
which pieces are damaged on the packing slip before signing your name.
Then contact our office for further instructions. We will get you the
replacement pieces you need. If you refuse the shipment, we will have
to charge you the shipping costs involved. Shipping charges are not
refundable.
To obtain a RA
(return authorization) number, call our office at 1-800-518-0248 or
email us at info@BunkBedsNow.com. The RA number must be referenced on the
outside of the return packaging. We cannot guarantee a credit for your
return if the RA number is not obtained and referenced on your return.
Your satisfaction with our service and quality of product is very
